Negotiating recovery is a very real habit that many women have adopted in their life that has some pretty steep consequences.

Protecting time in your schedule to allow your mind, body, and soul to recover should not be “optional”, you should treat it as “mandatory” if you want to feel strong, resilient and proactive.
