“Cheat meals” and “cheat days” are an integral part of the diet culture vocabulary. And while many people could argue that it is just “semantics” and, therefore, no big deal… I beg to differ.

Cheating implies dysfunction and deep health is not born out of dysfunction (not by a long shot).
