Moving your life to higher ground in any area is going to require that you lean into some periods of intense pushing, but if you want to enjoy the process and maintain your health along the way, you will also need to learn how to honor a big push with a pause:)

Health, I have found, is really an exercise in knowing when to push and when to pause.
